Carrie & Justin Rolberts – The Vineyard House
Working with Melanie has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our vineyard rental property. From the very beginning, she treated our home as if it were her own, bringing an incredible level of care, knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail that is truly hard to find.
Melanie has a unique understanding of vineyard and wine-country properties and knows exactly how to showcase their charm to attract (and screen for) the right guests. Her expertise has helped us increase bookings while maintaining the quality and charm that makes our site special. Guests consistently rave about their experience, and much of that is thanks to Melanie’s thoughtful management and exceptional hospitality.
What I appreciate most is her genuine dedication. She is always available, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure both owners and guests are happy. Whether handling guest requests, coordinating maintenance, or offering valuable insights to improve our property’s performance, she does it all with grace and professionalism.
Knowing Melanie is managing our vineyard rental gives us complete peace of mind. She is trustworthy, well-connected, and truly passionate about what she does. I cannot recommend Melanie highly enough. She has exceeded our expectations in every possible way.
